This page is intended as a summary of the previous four pages, of fifteen years of healing and bodywork and of thirty years of meditation practices. It is also a looking forward, a vision for the future of healing and bodywork.

Light, breath, sound and touch all bypass the workings of the conscious thinking mind, introducing us to a 'wild medicine', something outside the borders of the known, healing and restoring our bodies to a natural state of wholeness and well being. Spiritual awakening, personal growth or alternative healing are the outcomes of working with these healing agents.

Over the past fifteen years, I have met many wonderful and gifted healers and bodyworkers who have taught me more through their own hands and healing abilities than I have learned anywhere else. I have also enjoyed the opportunity to work on many wonderful people from all walks of life with all kinds of problems ranging from the physical to the spiritual. Some I have only worked with once or twice; others for as long as a few years. All have been teachers and mirrors for me.

What is left behind in my memory in condensed form is the indistinquishable quality of mind, body, spirit and heart that is the shared core experience of human beings. My most recent experience as a caretaker and healer for Heather reaffirmed what I had already known namely that working with the various forms of light, breath, sound and touch has a central place in the care of the dying as it does in the care of the living. Certainly, since the early seventies, there has been a groundswell of interest and acceptance in alternative and traditional healing practices, for these very reasons.

In 1996, I worked as a massage therapist in a spa in northern Napa Valley. For many customers it was there first massage and for me, it was the first time I worked on people who were not on a spiritual or New Age path. I was stunned to find that through simple massage, many people were having their first experiences with deep levels of relaxation that were generally assigned to meditative practices, some also undergoing a healing of chronic aches and pains that were beyond their doctor's ability to bring relief other than with prescription drugs. And some were having 'strange' visions and encounters that were similar to shamanic soul journeying, leading me to believe that we are, as a race, further along the evolutionary path than we may dare believe. We simply need to align ourselves with these healing approaches, each itself a form of 'wild medicine.'

Light, breath, sound and touch share a rich, broad history stretching back in time to the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, Chinese, and other cultures for spiritual awakening, personal growth and medical healing. The processes inherent in light, breath, sound and touch profoundly awaken our ability to be fully conscious, to be fully ourself and to be fully embodied. Instead of relying on affirmations and positive thinking to bring about personal and planetray peace, we can by engaging ourselves in vibrational healing practices, effortlessly and permanently come to be an embodiment of peace.

Curiously, since 1995, the core frequencies of the earth have been increasing. Initially measured at 7.4 hertz, it has since increased to over 10 hz. This is an unthinkable occurance to the popes and priests of modern science and rational thought who could never have anticipated such an event. The exponential increase of sun spot activity is another impossible celestial event, resulting in a massive electro-magnetic bombardment of the earth with solar energies.

There is a direct correlation between the sun's activity, the core frequency of the earth and the human biological or cellular frequency. As the earth frequency continues to shift upward so will our own body frequencies, thereby unlocking the memories stored within. The calendar systems of Native American Indians such as the Mayans and the prophecies born of them, offer a perpective on coming earth changes that once again confound the popes and priests of modern science and rational thought.

These reveal that the earth and its inhabitants are undergoing a radical transformation from which a new humanity will be born. Perhaps this explain the resurgent interest in alternative healing and in vibrational medicine. Truly something is going on. Whatever it is, the work with the properties of light, breath, sound and touch will be as they have in the ancient past, the cornerstone of an new vibrational medicine.
